Our state-of-the-art 27,000 sq ft facility is equipped with multiple departments, including Emergency, Urgent Care, and Surgery, as well as a Cardiology available by referral. We take pride in our cutting-edge equipment, featuring a 128-slice CT scanner—the best in the region. Our facility is fully equipped with oxygen support and has a surgery department ready for emergency and advanced surgeries.
Open 24/7, we ensure every pet and client experiences compassionate, top-notch care. From the first call with our Client Advocate team to the hands-on care from our medical team, we treat every pet as if they were our own. Our process mirrors that of a human emergency room, with all patients triaged upon arrival to prioritize the most critical and urgent cases. Stable cases are seen in the order of arrival, with transparency about wait times and costs. We provide detailed estimates, empowering pet parents to make informed decisions without judgment.
