Responsibilities
Client Communication
- Respond to client inquiries, providing solutions and resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly with a warm and professional greeting.
- Assist with necessary administrative tasks as needed.
- Intake clients and accurately enter client/patient information into our system.
- Monitor clinic emails and respond appropriately.
- Process payments and take deposits from clients.
- Perform other administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
Patient Care
- Assess patients upon their arrival and promptly notify the medical staff.
- Maintain effective communication with the veterinary technician or DVM regarding any changes in a patient's condition.
General Housekeeping
- Keep the reception area and exam rooms tidy and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with your team to complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning checklists.
- Contribute to the overall appearance of the hospital through various cleaning duties.
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and their pets.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks and computer systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for promoting a clean and inviting clinic atmosphere.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
