Jess Towley has been a certified veterinary technician for more than two decades and has applied her talents to managing emergency and specialty hospitals. She has earned advanced certification as a veterinary technician specialist in emergency and critical care (VTS-ECC), and a bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in organizational leadership. She was awarded the inaugural VECCS Practice Manager of the Year Award in 2017 and has been actively involved with state practice manager organizations.
In her spare time, Jess loves the outdoors and camping. She and her husband have four children along with a senior Labrador, a middle-aged, one-eyed Pekingese, and a teenage deaf Great Dane. She also has a three-legged tabby, a blood donor tortie, a tuxedo Munchkin, and a variety of egg-laying chickens.
