Growing up in rural North Dakota, Dr. Moore and her brother often rescued stray animals; they even “fostered” a fawn in their father’s workshop. As a veterinarian (she received her DVM from Iowa State University in 2009), she has found her calling in emergency medicine, and she has a particular interest in neurology and ophthalmology—fields in which she is deepening her expertise in order to provide optimal care to her patients.
When not tending to her patients, Dr. Moore channels her creativity and DIY skills into home improvement projects. She also enjoys travel.
